Dear Mr. Ma:

I was sorry to hear from Professor Wang that you did not receive my letter
of November 27 with the invitation to visit the Stanford Artificial Intelligence
Laboratory and which contained the form DSP-66 that you can use to get a visa
from the U.S. Embassy.

Enclosed is a duplicate invitation letter and DSP-66 form.  Should your funding
be adequate only for part of the time you plan to visit, it might be possible
to arrange an extension supported by funds from an American source but I do not
know about this yet.

I hope you received my telegram of last week regarding the above.
